Homework Showcase

Still image for this video
Thank you to all the parents who visited our Homework Showcase morning last week. For those of you who couldn't make it, this video highlights some of the fantastic home learning projects from Years 4 to 6, including a range of 6RP and 6KS' fantastic World War II pieces.

Friday 2nd March 2018.

Hopefully you have all been enjoying the snowy weather with your families, and keeping yourselves safe and warm!

As part of our ongoing SATs preparation, and to help make up for missed lesson time, there have been some tasks set for you on SPaG.com to complete. Also, please check mathletics.co.uk for further maths tasks to support our recent learning.

Spellings set last week will be assessed on Wednesday 7th. Please also continue to practice your times tables and related facts.

English Task: Create a poster explaining your different theories as to what might have happened to Salim on the London Eye - remember to recount your evidence from the text to support this. What do you think different characters from the story might think? Why?

Maths Task: Complete the Long Division and Long Multiplication activities set on mathletics.co.uk.

These tasks should represent the time that would have been spent in English and Maths lessons today.

Keep warm and safe over the weekend, and we will hopefully see you all on Monday refreshed and ready to learn.
